NJDA Senior-Dent Program
The purpose of this program is to increase the access to dental care for seniors. To be eligible, you need to have a Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) card, be age 65 or older with annual income of less than $26,575.00 (single person) or $32,582.00 (married persons), and have no dental insurance or Medicaid benefits.

How to Apply to Senior-Dent:
Call the New Jersey Dental Association at 732-821-9400
Send a postcard or letter with your name and address to:

What You Receive:
A list of dentists in your area that participate in Senior-Dent.
A letter that you must give to a participating dentist.
A minimum courtesy reduction of 15% from the fee of the practitioner on all services.
When Seeking Treatment, Remember:
You must obtain treatment from a participating dentist.
You must give the dentist the eligibility letter that is sent to you.
Bring your PAAD card with you.
