     - Weekly - Call two new or existing members and one prospect (spread out over component officers)
     - Monthly - Emails to above groups or targeted demographics (NJDA to provide support on this)
     - Quarterly - Review membership numbers and target members as needed
     - Annually/Year-Round - Follow up on NJDA renewal communications with component communications

Recruitment & Retention
- Talking Points
- Telephone Call Scripts
- Sample letters and emails
- New dentists and non-member dentists - regular communications (see above) to keep NJDA and the component fresh in their minds.  Make the pitch with every touch.
