NJEDA Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program – Phase 2

The NJ Economic Development Authority Small Business Emergency Assistance Program – Phase 2 applications will open at 9:00am on Tuesday, June 9th

This second funding round is to assist in giving short-term working capital support to New Jersey businesses, like dental offices, with fewer than 25 full-time employees (FTEs) that have been negatively impacted during the pandemic.

The Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program funds may be used for reimbursement of lost revenue as a result of business interruption but may not be used for capital expenses. Similar to the SBA EIDL Advance Program, funding will be based on $1,000 per FTE to a maximum award of $10,000. The NJEDA expects this program to be oversubscribed so if you plan to apply please be prepared BEFORE 9am on June 9th when the applications open.
