The New Jersey Dental Association was founded on the principle that we, as dental professionals, are stronger together. Our mentorship program, offered exclusively for NJDA members, dental students and residents is designed to build the dental community while supporting the next generation of dental professionals. The program offers mentees the opportunity to build their network of business contacts, boost their Dental IQ and benefit from valuable relationships. For mentors, the program is a chance to provide sound advice based on experience to help ensure that your professional is in good hands with new dentists.
