On October 28, 2020, Governor Philip D. Murphy signed Executive Order 192 to help “ensure that New Jersey’s workers feel safe and supported at their places of work”. The standards and procedures in the Order largely replicate those previously prescribed for dental offices in Administrative Order No. 2020-07 issued on May 18, 2020 by the Acting Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs. In addition to other provisions, it expressly requires employers to “Promptly notify all employees of any known exposure to COVID-19 at the worksite”. To access a copy of the Executive Order,
