Executive Order 283 does not appear to apply to private practice dental offices.
Based upon the definition of the term "covered setting", it does not appear that the vaccination mandate in Executive Order #283 issued on January 19, 2022 by Governor Philip D. Murphy applies to private practice dental offices.
