Guardian's DentalGuard Preferred Select Network is now accessed by members of Oscar Garden State Insurance Corporation ("Oscar") New Jersey Small Groups for pediatric dental benefits.
Covered charges should be billed to the Plan Payor (LIBERTY DENTAL) and LIBERTY will reimburse covered charges at 100% of the Guardian fee schedule allowance (less the member's payment responsibility of copays, deductibles and coinsurance).
