Legislation requiring all employers, regardless of size, to offer paid sick leave benefits to all full-time and part-time employees up to a maximum of 40 hours per year has cleared the Legislature and is now awaiting action by Governor Murphy. He is expected to sign it into law. The bill becomes effective 180 days from the Governor's Action. A link to the legislation can be found
