On Thursday, January 31
st, the NJ Senate passed S.2507, which prohibits the leasing of dental provider networks by dental insurance carriers unless the dentist chooses to do so, by a vote of 38-1 making NJ the national exemplar on this important issue. The NJDA wishes to thank Senator Troy Singleton (D-Burlington), Senator Nellie Pou (D-Passaic) and Assemblyman Danielsen (D-Middlesex) for their leadership on this important legislative initiative.
