Masking and Social Distancing Requirements Still Applicable to Dental Offices
On May 24, 2021, Governor Philip D. Murphy issued Executive Order No. 242 which, with exceptions, will relax masking and social distancing requirements in various settings effective May 28, 2021. By its express terms, the Order does not supersede any masking or social distancing requirements currently in place that relate to health care settings, including office-based health care settings. Therefore, currently existing masking and social distancing requirements are still applicable to dental offices.
