The New Jersey Dental Association is a CERP provider of clinical, practice management and mandated education programs for member dentists, non-member dentists and dental team staff. The NJDA has experienced record numbers of program participation in 2023 and we anticipate the same or greater in 2024.
Sponsoring an education program with the NJDA is not only a terrific opportunity to engage with dental professionals but also an opportunity to collaborate with the NJDA to provide valuable resources to dental professionals.

NJDA's Monthly Elevate Workshop... Next Level Insurance...Next Level HIPAA...Next Level HR
The virtual programs will be live, 30-minute monthly presentations designed to advance the dental practice. Tailored for Office Managers, Office Staff & Dentists but we will encourage all team members to participate and bring their practice to the Next Level.
The program will run the third Tuesday of each month during lunch hours. The program, branding with sponsor acknowledgement, will be recorded and live indefinitely on the NJDA On-Demand video platform.
Program Sponsorship is per episode- $1,000.00

- NJDA will record and edit a 20-30 second "Resource Spotlight" reel featuring the sponsor, your website link & resource content of your choosing.
- The video reel will be posted on NJDA's social media tagging the sponsor
- The video reel will be shown during the Elevate Workshop at the program half
- We will execute a Resource Spotlight Poll immediately following the airing of the reel. The poll can be generated by sponsor, approved by NJDA. Results will be shared with the sponsor.
- Resource Spotlight Lunch- one participating practice will be selected to receive lunch for up to 8 staff members to include sponsor branding and message.
NJDA Invades Program
On Wednesday, November 15th at 7:00pm the NJDA will "invade" the Essex County Dental Society! The New Jersey Dental Association is bringing fun & games, giveaways, and prizes and taking over this meeting of the ECDS. Members will have the opportunity to network with dentists and sponsors while learning about the all resources available to them through NJDA and earning their federal HIPAA requirement.
The advertising package for NJDA Invades includes logo branding in promotional materials leading up to the meeting, a mention as the sponsor in the Monday Morning Email newsletter, a table at the event, and a list of attendees. - $750

*Integrated Brand Sponsorship
An Integrated Brand Sponsorship is the highest level of engagement the NJDA can offer an industry leader. The NJDA will develop a resource and/or educational program that provides industry companies a unique engagement partnership with the NJDA. An IBS is a unique opportunity to target a specific dental audience, deliver messaging across all media and take on a stronger partnership with the association. The creative development of this scale requires a dedicated support team, as well as relevant resources, messaging and the financial commitment to ensure its success.
