At its public session meeting on April 4, 2018, the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry: Nov 30, 2018 April 9, 2018 Clarified that Licensed Dental Hygienists and Registered Dental Assistants can apply Silver Diamine Fluoride. Expressed its intention to require dental offices, facilities, clinics and institutions at which there is patient contact to submit a copy of its written emergency protocol when submitting an incident report to the Board.
