NJDA Virtual Participation Instructions

  • Each webinar will have a unique access link.
  • The webinar link will be emailed to you 1 day AND 1 hour prior to the course date and time. IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE EMAIL PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER BEFORE CONTACTING THE NJDA.
  • Once you register you will receive an email confirmation. Please use your own personal email when registering as this will be the unique email address that will identify your participation.
  • When registering as a member dentists' staff, you must identify the member dentist employer, including their ADA ID number.
  • To receive CEU's for participating you must:
    • log onto the program using your email address that will identify your participation.
    • If you log onto Zoom from your mobile device, please put your name in the chat box during the program to match your name with your phone number.
    • Must register and participate on an individual device FOLLOWING CERP GUIDELINES, NO CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITH SHARED VIEWING.
    • Attendees must participate for the minimum allotted amount of minutes for each specific program in order to receive credit.
    • These programs are NOT recorded and will NOT be available on demand. You must be logged in live during the specified times to receive credit.
  • Registrants will receive a course evaluation 48 hours after the program. Once the evaluation is submitted, your CE credits will be issued via email.
  • Individuals that wish to cancel their conference registration must do so in writing at least 1 day prior to their scheduled program.
  • No refunds will be issued to attendees unless the NJDA has record of the attendee’s cancellation in writing at least 1 day prior to their scheduled program.
