Welcome to the submission form for the NJDA Workforce Lead Directory, supported by the Delta Dental Foundation. This Directory is an exclusive NJDA member benefit designed to connect dental practices with qualified job seekers throughout New Jersey.

The Directory includes dental hygienists, dental assistants, office staff, laboratory professionals, and now associate dentists seeking employment opportunities. Whether you're entering the workforce, completing a residency program, or searching for your next position, the Directory helps you get noticed by NJDA member-dentists actively looking to hire.

Simply complete the form below to create your listing. NJDA member-dentists can search the Workforce Lead Directory when they need someone with your skills—whether for a full-time position, part-time role, temporary coverage, or another opportunity. While inclusion in the Directory does not guarantee a job or interview, it is an excellent way to increase your visibility within New Jersey's dental community.

Please note: Associate dentists must be current NJDA members to be listed in the Workforce Lead Directory. You will be asked to provide your ADA member number so that membership can be verified.

Your listing will remain active for one year from the date of submission. You may request removal at any time by contacting Alex Horn at ahorn@njda.org. If you need to update your information, simply email Alex or submit a new form with your updated details.

Dental Professional
Residents: NJDA membership is complimentary while you are in a residency program. If you are not currently a member, contact Alex Horn at ahorn@njda.org to learn how to join and have your associate dentist profile included in the Workforce Lead Directory.
