2024-2027 Strategic Plan

In August 2024, NJDA adopted a new Strategic Plan to guide our organization. The plan, which was developed by the Strategic Planning Committee with assistance from the ADA, NJDA staff and more than two dozen volunteers was formally approved by the Board of Trustees. The following top 3 priorities were approved.
