Contributions to the above listed continuing political committee are limited to $15,200 annually from individuals, corporations, associations and other continuing political committees. A Partnership or LLC may contribute up to $15,200 per partner or member annually but must include a letter signed by each of the contributing partners or members specifically allocating the contributions. Political contributions are not deductible for tax purposes. Please do not send cash contributions. New Jersey election law requires that we collect the name, address, occupation, employer and employer’s address for every individual and report contributions in excess of $300 to the above listed account. State law prohibits contributions from regulated-industry companies (banks, insurance companies, public utilities, cable television companies) and any majority shareholder in such entities. Federal law prohibits committees from accepting contributions from foreign nationals.
