Educational institution the student is currently matriculated in or will be attending in the scholarship period, or CDE program the dental professional will attend.
A good personal statement includes your goals, objectives, and personal reasons for joining the dental profession. A strong statement may include any challenges or barriers you have faced in your journey to achieving this goal, as well as how you will use your degree continuing dental education and profession to help and serve others.
Please seek two letters of recommendations, to be submitted directly to grodriguez@njda.org (or uploaded into the portal when we have one)
