Smiles, Swings, and Support: A Memorable Day at the NJDPAC Golf Outing
Despite a wet and windy start, our annual NJ Dental Political Action Committee (NJDPAC) Golf Outing turned into a truly beautiful day — one filled with clear skies, great food, and even greater company. Hosted at the stunning Forsgate Country Club, the event brought together dentists, students, partners, and supporters of organized dentistry for a day of camaraderie, friendly competition, and advocacy in action.
We kicked off under cloudy skies and a few stubborn raindrops, but by midday the weather cleared, and the course opened up for a perfect afternoon of golf. The energy was high, the laughter contagious, and the camaraderie unmistakable — proving once again that when dentists come together, they’re all smiles.
After the final putt dropped, participants gathered for a lively evening reception featuring delicious food, refreshing drinks, and meaningful conversations about the future of dentistry in New Jersey. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate our collective commitment to advancing the profession through advocacy.
The highlight of the day came during our awards presentation, when our dental student team edged out the competition in a close and exciting finish — earning themselves a complimentary foursome at Forsgate Country Club, courtesy of our generous hosts. A special thanks goes to Dr. Mark Vitale, who proudly sponsored the winning student team and continues to champion the next generation of dental professionals.
This memorable event wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our sponsors:
