These initiatives are designed to prepare dental residents for their post-residency careers. In order for them to be as beneficial as possible - we need feedback from residents, directors, and staff. If you have an idea for an event, a course, or a resource that NJDA should consider offering to residents, or any other notes on how NJDA can serve new dentists, let us know right here!
