Let's meet another outstanding member of the inaugural class of NJDA Member Recognition Award Recipients. The next member-dentist we’re spotlighting is Dr. Kim Goldenbaum from the Union County Dental Society.

Dr. Goldenbaum has been honored for her exceptional dedication to the dental profession and her impactful contributions to organized dentistry. As President of Union County Dental Society and Chair of the New Jersey Dental Association’s Council on Dental Benefits, Dr. Goldenbaum consistently brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to both the Board of Trustees and Executive Board meetings. Her leadership, coupled with her commitment to advancing the profession, makes her a deserving recipient of this prestigious award.

A graduate of the University of Maryland and UMDNJ Dental School, Dr. Goldenbaum has built a legacy in dentistry, taking over her family’s dental practice in 2011, which has been serving the community since 1947. Her pursuit of excellence is evident through her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and her ongoing work toward a Mastership in General Dentistry (MAGD).

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Goldenbaum balances her career with her love for family, spending time with her husband Will, her twin sons Zack and Donny, and their two dogs Willie and Cookie, while enjoying hobbies like knitting and biking. Her warmth, dedication, and leadership continue to inspire those around her.
