The New Jersey Dental Association is the voice of the dental profession and a strong proponent of oral health in the state. Call for Poster Presentations

We invite submissions for poster presentations at the State of New Jersey Inaugural Oral Health Conference, “Advancing Well-Being Through Oral Health.” This is a valuable opportunity to share your work and connect with professionals dedicated to advancing the oral health and well-being of New Jersey residents.

Poster Topics May Include (but are not limited to):
• Emerging topics and innovative treatments in dentistry
• Medical-dental integration
• Oral health in school settings
• Vulnerable populations
• ...and more

Poster Guidelines:
• Size: 30 inches (height) × 40 inches (width), landscape orientation (smaller dimensions may be acceptable) 
• Presentation Duration: Presenters must be physically available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of the conference for multiple 5-minute poster presentations and Q&A sessions during the designated poster viewing period
• Submission Deadline: June 20, 2025 
• Abstract Submission: Include the poster title, author(s) information, organization and a 200-word abstract
