RETURN OF 2025 SURPLUS TO PARTICIPATING EMPLOYERS!

Dear Member:

Your New Jersey Dental Association Benefits Trust is pleased to announce a dividend return to those employer members participating in Association Master Trust and in good standing as of December 31, 2025 and still active in the AMT benefit plan as of February 1, 2026.  

Your Trustees have declared a contribution holiday credit equal to 1.37% of your annual 2025 contributions.  The credit will appear on your February 2026 billing statement. 

The contribution holiday amount captioned above will be credited to your account and will appear in the “Adjustments” section of your billing statement. Please remit the “Total Amount Due” as indicated in the “Total Amount Due” section of your February 2026 bill.

Please note, in accordance with IRS and DOL guidelines you are required to share this credit on a pro rata basis with employees contributing to the plan.  Accordingly, an employee contribution credit must be given to those employees to offset their benefits payroll deduction for the month of February 2026.

Your participation in Association Member Trust and the New Jersey Dental Association Benefits Trust has contributed to the continued success of our Program.
