Dr. P. David Gleaner’s journey into dentistry began in Hudson County, New Jersey, and, fittingly, his passion for the profession took root at an early age. According to his parents, Dr. Gleaner declared his intention to become a dentist at just eight years old—a childhood dream that would ultimately define his life’s work. He pursued his dental education at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, earning his DMD as a member of the Class of 1986.
Following graduation, Dr. Gleaner began his professional career in Bayonne, New Jersey, where he established his private practice in November 1987. For nearly four decades, he has provided comprehensive dental care to generations of families in his community. His long-standing commitment to his patients and the continuity of his practice reflect a deep sense of loyalty, integrity, and devotion to the people he serves.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Gleaner has been a passionate advocate for community outreach and access to care. He has played an integral role in the Give Kids a Smile program in Hudson County for many years, volunteering his time and expertise to ensure that children receive the dental attention they need and deserve.
