SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• 200-250-word abstract
• Include topic, author(s), affiliation, background, intended audience, and significance
• Dimensions: 36” H x 48” W (landscape)
• Presenters must be available 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM on conference day
• No travel reimbursement provided
PRE-RECORDED VIDEO REQUIREMENT
• If selected, a 3–5-minute pre-recorded video is required to participate*
• Slide displayed full screen with presenter visible on screen

• May 15, 2026 – Submission Deadline
• June 1, 2026 – Notification of Acceptance
