Helping Members Succeed
The New Jersey Dental Association is the voice of the dental profession and a strong proponent of oral health in the state. Members are part of a vibrant community of dentists encompassing 12 local dental societies as well as the American Dental Association. Members engage in educational programs, have access to dentist-centric relationships and tools to navigate the business of dentistry and their careers, as well as benefit from dedicated advocacy that protects the interests of the profession. The organization is run by member-dentists with the support of a team of professionals at NJDA Headquarters. NJDA members never practice alone!

Annual Leadership Tour Kicks Off September 11
The Leadership Tour offers members the chance to hear the latest news and developments from NJ's state leadership, the annual life member recognition ceremony, and more at each tour stop.
The NJDA announced today that every New Jersey Dental Association member will once again have the opportunity to hear directly from the dentists who are working on their behalf. NJDA President Dr. Elisa Velazquez, President-Elect Dr. Amit Vora, and CEO Reva Brennan will visit all 12 local dental societies in New Jersey as part of the annual NJDA Leadership Tour which is set to begin on September 11 at the Essex County Dental Society.
“Getting out and speaking with NJDA members on their turf was one of the best parts of being President-Elect,” said NJDA President Dr. Elisa Velazquez. "I'm looking forward to making the rounds again to catch up with colleagues and hear from member-dentists about what is happening at their practices."
The Leadership Tour offers members the chance to hear the latest news and developments from NJ's state leadership, the annual life member recognition ceremony, and more at each tour stop. The Leadership Tour presentation is certified for continuing education credit by the NJ State Board of Dentistry and two CEUs will be earned by each attendee.
