The New Jersey Dental Association launched a new member referral program, "Each One, Reach One", for Spring and Summer 2026. The program empowers NJDA member-dentists to promote joining the Association to their colleagues and earn a valuable reward for doing so. 

NJDA members have each been assigned a personal referral number and are encouraged to pass it along to a non-member friend or colleague. Both dentists will earn a free subscription to the popular 2026 License Requirements Series of online courses when the new member joins the Association.

"I'm excited about Each One, Reach One because it just takes one connection - one friend, classmate, or the colleague down the hall, to work," said NJDA President Amit Vora. "Plus, both parties receive the incentive - and it's something every single dentist needs!"

The License Requirements Series is a bundle of four virtual courses that dentists need to complete every two years to maintain their New Jersey dental license. If either dentist is already participating in the LRS this year, they will have the option to redirect their LRS registration fee to the NJDF, NJDPAC or have it refunded.

"How hard is it to hand your colleague a card and say 'I've been a member for years and you should be too'",  added Dr. Vora. "Getting more dentists involved in organized dentistry and experiencing our first-class educational programming is what this program is all about."  

Member dentists should check their US mail for a card with their personal referral number.

The free subscriptions to the LRS will be awarded when a dentist who is not currently a member (and were last members in 2024 or earlier) enters a referral number at NJDA.org/eachonereachone and completes a membership application. 

Each One, Reach One Referral Program Rules

Free Subscriptions - Both the new member and the referring NJDA member will earn a free 2026 License Requirements Series subscription only after the new member's application and payment have been processed.

Eligible Dentists - The Each One Reach One offer is only valid on applications from dentists who live or work in New Jersey and were last an ADA member in 2024 or earlier.  

Membership Fees - Membership fees vary slightly based on career stage and location. Complete your application to learn your rate.  New members who qualify for complimentary membership are not eligible for this promotion.

How To Redeem Free Subscription - An email with instructions for accessing the free subscriptions will be sent to both the referring member and the new member within 48 hours after the application is processed with payment.

Use of Referral Codes - Member dentists may distribute their referral code to multiple non-member dentists but will receive only one 2026 Licensure Requirements Series subscription.

Already Enrolled in LRS?  - If either the referring member or new member are already enrolled in the 2026 Licensure Requirements Series at the time the new member application is processed,  the dentist will have the option to have their registration fee: 1) donated to the New Jersey Dental Foundation 2) donated to the New Jersey Dental Political Action Committee or 3) NJDA will refund the amount of LRS registration. 

Didn't Get A Code? - All NJDA members with an active license as well as retired members in New Jersey as of April 7, 2026 were assigned a referral code. If you joined NJDA after April 7, 2026, are a retired dentist living outside of New Jersey, or otherwise did not receive a code, we are happy to assign one.  Please email membership@njda.org and let us know!

What Courses Are Included? - The Licensure Requirements Series includes: Pharmacology and Internal Medicine (3 CEU), Infectious Diseases (2 CEU), Opioids (1 CEU), and Ethics (1 CEU). Each course is offered twice between June and October 2026. 

Deadline - The final day to join NJDA with the Each One Reach One Promotion is August 31, 2026. Each LRS course is offered once between September 16 and October 15.
