Members are part of a vibrant community of dentists encompassing 12 local dental societies as well as the American Dental Association. The organization is run by member-dentists with the support of a team of professionals at NJDA Headquarters. NJDA members never practice alone!

Get ready to celebrate Office Management Appreciation Month
September is Office Management Appreciation Month, and this year’s theme is “Let’s Bloom!” It’s a great opportunity to recognize and celebrate your office management team through simple gestures, appreciation resources, and activities that help strengthen team culture.
Everyone deserves to be recognized for their contribution to the health of their patients and practices. We celebrate dentists in March and hygienists in April. As the back-to-school rush winds down, it’s time to gear up and make plans to celebrate the office management team. This September, CareCredit and the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) are once again supporting Office Management Appreciation Month and we invite
you and your teams to join the celebration.

This year’s theme is “Let’s Bloom!” to encourage the office management team to grow and blossom. If you’re looking for ideas on how to celebrate, it’s easy. On August 1st the OMAM site (omam.carecreditvirtual.com) officially opens and it’s there you’ll find inspiration, fun social media posts, and a Certificate of Appreciation for your office management team. You can even send digital flowers to your team with a click of a mouse (although real ones are a nice touch, too!).
